There has been a great deal of discussion around Jaykco HQ as to what color the background is on this fabric.We have decided with 99% certainty that it is in fact a very dark blue. There were factions within the company that thought it was charcoal grey. Depending on your monitor settings it may look either or even black. in direct sunlight it seems to be blue. a very very dark blue. 

Our heads and tails (ends) are double suede with stitched keyholes for durability and security.

The back is a thick suede, with no vinyl or rivets to rip out.
