We here at Backwoods Guitar LLC are committed to providing you with the utmost service and pricing on items in order to help supply you with the gear you both want and need.   We describe all items to the best of our ability. Please feel free to ask any questions before you offer or purchase an item. We will be glad to supply any additional pictures or information. We stand behind every item we sell and have very fair and generous 

Most orders ship the same or next day:  We greatly appreciate your patience, and are working hard to fulfill all requests as quickly as possible, while practicing recommended safety guidelines.

 

Carrier Expectations:

USPS and UPS Service Delays:

USPS has suspended their service guarantee for First-Class Mail, as well as for Priority Mail 2 and 3 day delivery service. Potentially, packages can be in transit an extra 4-7 days or so, with absent or infrequent scans.

USPS has also temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail items to several countries. Please reference this list if you are shopping with us from abroad: https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm#readmore

UPS' service guarantee is suspended as of 3/26, and until further notice. This applies to shipments coming from any origin, to any destination. Delays will normally be posted in the tracking details for the shipment as soon as determined.

Every guitar gets a full inspection, as well as basic setup. Used guitar amps and drum sets undergo rigorous packing procedures to ensure quality and protection. Please contact our Sales team with any special requests.

*Any order valued over $800 USD will automatically be signature required unless otherwise requested.

UPS’s Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee. The consignee must, at the time of delivery, acknowledge that UPS is making a delivery and, if applicable, show government issued photo ID.

Our standard shipping services, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail deliver anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States within 1-5 business days.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted because the buyer doesn’t like the way an instrument plays or sounds or other personal preferences.

New Items: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Backwoods Guitar LLC reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.

Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or issues not disclosed in the product description as a result of our error.

Products not returnable under any circumstances unless still sealed in the manufacturer packaging include amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass string, drum heads, drum sticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 4 days of the item returning to our facility, plus time for the banking institutions to process the return transaction.
